Sales & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotation, delivery order and invoice.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and regular sales.
  • Ensure that all sales and projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Handle additional charges and complaints to/from clients.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and factories.
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • O Level or ITE in Technical or Engineering, Business or Equivalent
  • Min 2 years site working experience preferred
  • Able to converse effectively with Customer in English and/or Mandarin
  • Must be able to commence work within short notice.
  • GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma.
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Knowledge in UBS system is advantageous.
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and consistently maintaining and meeting timelines under minimal supervision.
  • 5 days’ work week.

Field Support Technician/ Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assemble, testing and repair of venture damper.
  • Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of damper at Acesian facilities and client locations.
  • Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control and ASME National Board Singapore standards that apply to the job.
  • Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
  • Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements.
  • Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, and customers to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
  • Works closely with co-workers, management and safety coordinator to ensure compliance with WSH Act and other safety regulations.
